We teach very basic but important concepts of cricket. The cricket bat has a flat side and that is the side we hit the ball with for example. We stand sideways on, holding the bat at our feet and we step forward into the ball. The bowler starts with ‘windmill’ arms and the ball is thrown over arm and not under arm. Rather than getting technical we strive to make cricket fun. Basic instructions are given which are important for the foundation for future development in the sport.
